Biographical
Highly effective mediation practice since 1993, active in both Pasadena, CA and Dallas, Texas. Best known for resolving disputes in real estate, agency, escrow, title, homeowner association, business and commercial disputes and employment matters.
Mediated more than 2,700 litigated and non-litigated cases with a resolution rate of over 90%. Representative cases include claims of seller and agent fraud, failure to disclose, mold and toxic hazards, breach of contract, specific performance, partitions, commission claims and deposit disputes, homeowner association disputes and employment disputes. Appointed to the National Panel of Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association. Appointed as Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Pro Tem, Mediator and Settlement Officer for civil cases.

Rates Information
CALIFORNIA: $550/hour split equally between the parties. We will also quote half-day and full-day rates on request. I am happy to travel and there is no charge for travel time when mediation is held outside of my Pasadena California office.
